By purchasing from Hideout Production, you agree to the following terms:

LICENSE
All sample packs, loops, MIDI files, drum kits, and presets sold are royalty-free for use in your own music productions, unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any files (in original or modified form) as your own sample pack, loop kit, or preset bank.

DELIVERY
Products are delivered digitally via instant download link and/or email. No physical items are shipped.

ACCOUNT & PURCHASES
You are responsible for providing accurate information (email address) at checkout to receive your product. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and product designs on this site are the property of Hideout Production and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
